Salon Policies

APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATIONS

As a courtesy, Pistachio sends email, text, and phone reminders before your reservation.
If you don’t confirm your appointment 24 hours in advance, we will cancel it.
This helps us offer that appointment time to guests on our waiting list.

CANCELLATION FEE

We will charge clients 100% of the booked menu service price for “No Show” appointments.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to perform your scheduled service.
In that case, we will apply a cancellation fee.

New services that take over two hours to complete—such as balayage, double-process color, color corrections, and perms—require a 50% deposit.
You must provide a credit card when scheduling these appointments.

COLOR CORRECTIONS

A complimentary consultation is required prior to reserving a color correction appointment.
Virtual consultations are available upon request.

RETURN POLICY

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your AVEDA products, you may return your lightly used products for an exchange or refund within 30 days of the original purchase, with a valid receipt.
We will not accept returns or exchanges of styling tools (even if you have not used them), due to CA State Board Health Standards.
In addition, we will not accept returns of liters, travel sizes, and products you purchased from other locations or AVEDA’s website.


We guarantee all services up to 7 days from your original service, with the use of AVEDA product recommendations that you need to maintain your desired look.
In the event that you are unhappy with the results of your service, we will invite you in for a consultation.
We will determine what adjustments you need to achieve the original consulted look with another appointment.
