“No–Show” appointments will incur a charge equal to 50% of the booked menu service price. Please note, if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to provide the service for which you have been scheduled and a cancellation fee will apply.
While this fee cannot be refunded, those wishing to reschedule a future service can apply this amount as a deposit towards their next visit. You must contact us within 48-hours to reschedule in order to keep your deposit.
New services that require more than two hours to complete (for example: balayage, double-process color, color corrections, perms, etc.), require a 50% deposit. A credit card is required to schedule an appointment.
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your AVEDA products, you are welcome to return your lightly used products for an exchange or refund within 30 days of the original purchase with a valid receipt. We do not accept returns or exchanges of styling tools (even if unused), due to CA State Board Health Standards. In addition, we do not accept returns of liters and products purchased from other locations or AVEDA’s website.
All services are guaranteed up to 7 days from your original service, with the use of AVEDA product recommendations needed to maintain your desired look. In the event that you are unhappy with the results of your service, we will invite you in for a consultation to determine what adjustments are needed to achieve the original consulted look with another appointment.
